Stéphane-Henri Bouvier
Global Head of Strategic Accounts
Stéphane spent the first decade of his career in capital markets, working for investment banks and a broker selling OTC derivatives and financing solutions, before heading into data solutions with IHS Markit. He joined the TP ICAP Data & Analytics business in 2019 to cover the French speaking region, before being promoted in 2024 to head the global accounts team covering our tier one customers.
Rhys Spencer
Head of Asia Sales
With nearly two decades in financial markets, Rhys leads Parameta Solutions’ Asia Pacific business. His experience spans technology, content, and relationship management at Thomson Reuters, product development at Tullett Prebon Information, and sales leadership at Parameta. Rhys uses an inclusive, consultative approach, leveraging his cross-functional expertise to deliver optimal client solutions.

Alexandra Stanley
Global Manager - Client Operations
As Global Manager for Client Operations since 2019, Alessandra has led a dynamic team at Parameta Solutions for 15 years. What drives her and her team most is delivering optimal client outcomes. Building strong client relationships and understanding their needs is central to her role.

Lisa Ward
Head of Sales EMEA
Lisa began her career at Thomson Financial (now LSEG) before joining Tullett Prebon in 2003. Since then, she has progressed through various business development roles within the Data and Analytics division, becoming a manager in 2016 after TP ICAP’s formation. Now EMEA Sales Manager at Parameta Solutions, overseeing a team of eight, she prioritizes client needs, using their feedback to ensure the company addresses market demands.

Patricia Warrick
Head of Client Success
Patricia’s financial services career began in front-office sales and trading at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Over 20 years ago, she transitioned to data and technology solutions, holding client-facing roles at Bloomberg, RBS, Dealogic, and Salesforce. At Parameta Solutions, she established and leads the Client Success function, streamlining the customer experience and driving growth. She values building client relationships and contributing to their success.
